 So what does the Coach's Startup Program include?

Teleclass and/or Webinars - we get together three times a month* on a telephone bridge line and/or on a web-based meeting.  During this 1 hour I teach you that week's topic and answer all your questions.  I also give you access to my computer through a private website so that you can see what's on my computer monitor as I train you how to use the best online tools that are out there.  Think of it as a virtual way to "look over my shoulder".  It's as if you were in my office with me.

*The teleclass cycle: We get together each week for 3 weeks. On the 4th week instead of meeting, you are encouraged to keep that time free to implement what you are learning.  The schedule above mentions which weeks we are getting together.  This was put in to reduce overwhelm and give you scheduled time to implement your new skills.

E-Lessons - a lesson will be sent to your inbox covering the topic of the week, resources, assignments and challenges.  This is sent to you days before we meet so that you can get familiar with the topic and gather your questions before class.

Weekly 1 on 1 Laser Coaching Calls - our most popular feature of the program!  Coaches enjoy using this time to answer their specific questions and get tech help on the projects they are working on from the Tech Coach, Sandra De Freitas.

Weekly Check-in reports - each week you have the option to fill out this report by answering 5 questions.  These questions help me as your Coach, know where you are and what you need help with.  The report helps you realize your goals for the following week and encourages you to celebrate what you have achieved each week in the program.

Audio Library - each teleclass is recorded and made available to you via e-mail and on the audio library. The audio library will be made available to you for a year after the program is complete!

Online Community - Access to the online community site to ask questions, celebrate, share and communicate with your fellow participants.

Tech help from The Coach's Tech Coach, Sandra De Freitas - Where else can you get expert technology help from someone who has been there? Tech help is available through the weekly teleclasses, through your check-in reports and through your 1 on 1 laser calls with Sandra.

I found the class to be most inspiring. What I really liked about the program was the audio library because I was able to listen to the sessions again and again and actually use them on my own site while listening. This is an unusual tool because often we hear information or watch it during the class, but then we can't apply it to our websites, etc. By having the audio recordings available it is possible to go online to your site and actually make the changes based on the audio recording or information presented. This is way more than I ever expected from a class because the learning continues through listening to the recordings. In my opinion this was a good investment of time and money.  I want to join your program but...

"I don't have a website". You don't need one.  I can teach tricks and tips on you how you can get started without one.  And if you do really want one I will teach you a cheap and easy way to get your website up and running fast! (Yes I said cheap.  I like to save money and I like teaching you how to too!)

"I can't make it to all the calls".  All the teleclasses will be recorded and we will notify you when the recordings are in the Audio Library and how you can download your own copy onto your computer.  Feel free to pop them into your I-pod or other mp3 players.

"I'll wait for the next round".  Sure you can do that.  I'll tell you now that the next round will not start until January, which means you won't be able to implement these great business tools until 2008.  Meanwhile those who started in September will have their tools up and running by the time you start in January.
